What a cleanse is actually worth

A twenty-thousand record agency database typically carries 12–18% duplicates and 20–30% dead email addresses after five years — that is the range we see, driven by people changing firms every three to four years and nobody retiring the old record.

On twenty thousand records that is roughly 3,000 duplicates and 5,000 addresses that bounce. The bounces are why your campaigns underperform. The duplicates are why your consultants call the same person twice. We will tell you your actual numbers before you pay anything — send a sample export and the row count.

What it costs

Small pieces of work start in the low hundreds. A full build with integrations is four figures to set up, then a monthly fee based on how many contractors you run — not per user, so putting more people on it does not cost you more.

We will give you a number on the first call, not after three meetings. If it is not worth it for you we will say so — a scoping call that ends in “do not bother” costs you twenty minutes and costs us nothing.
