Three systems. One way of working.

Every build starts the same way: we map what you do now, price it before anything is written, and then build it around the software you already pay for.

TalentLeap One

Recruitment CRM

An all-in-one CRM for recruitment agencies, with Talent-Link LinkedIn outreach, CV formatting and AI built in. Or we build around the CRM you already run.

AI Roadmap

A day inside your business, then a plain-English plan: what to automate first, what it saves, what it costs and in what order. No jargon, no fifty-slide deck.

Database Cleansing

Dead records out, duplicates merged, consent refreshed, and lapsed candidates and clients put back in front of your consultants. Often pays for itself in the leads it surfaces.

What that costs

Two kinds of client, one problem

Both are running a hiring operation on software that was never designed for it, held together by spreadsheets and one person who knows where everything is.

Contractors hiring direct

You are an HR or resourcing director at a contractor. Your people arrive through four different routes — your payroll, an agency, a subcontractor, a day rate through an umbrella — and no single system knows who is on site or whether their paperwork is current. Right to work rules are widening to cover exactly those arrangements. Agency spend is a number you see once a year and cannot break down.

Recruitment agencies

You are the MD or owner of an agency. The CRM does half of what you were sold. Timesheets are chased by hand every Monday. Invoices go out late and get paid later. The database has eleven years of candidates in it that nobody trusts enough to search. You know there is money sitting in all three of those and no time to go and get it.

How a build actually goes

Nobody gets a price before I have seen how you work. That is the whole point.

01

Discovery, paid

One to two days mapping what happens now, who does it and where it breaks. You come out with a process map, a specification and a fixed price. If you go no further, the map is still yours.

02

Fixed-price build

Quoted against the specification, staged into phases you sign off as they land. No hourly billing, no surprise at the end. Anything outside the spec is a change request with a price on it.

03

Support that stays

It goes live, we train the people using it, and then it is looked after monthly. You are not handed a system and a handshake.

Tell me what you are running now

Fifteen minutes on the phone. I will tell you what can be fixed, what cannot, and roughly what it would cost. If it is not worth doing, I will say so.
